| Biography | He worked as Counsel to the Legal Vice-president and then as Legal Vice-president of the National Association of Industries, ANDI. He was Counsel to the Exchange Control Superintendent and head of the Sectional Office in Medellín. He has been Professor of International Labor Law and Occupational Health of the Specialization Courses in Labor Law at Medellín's Universidad Bolivariana, as well as speaker in seminars and author of several articles on Corporate Law, particularly on the Reform of the Code of Commerce on corporate regulations.
