Eoin is a litigator in the firm's Boston office, specializing in corporate and securities litigation, as well as regulatory and white collar criminal matters.
Eoin has tried cases in federal and state courts, and has appeared on behalf of his clients before the SEC and other regulatory and enforcement bodies. Most recently, he was part of a Mintz Levin trial team that won a complete acquittal in a complex federal criminal case. He also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations and corporate governance and compliance reviews.
Eoin received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and his J.D., with honors, from Brooklyn Law School, where he served as a Student Assistant District Attorney, was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board and was elected to the Order of Barristers.
Eoin is admitted to practice before the state and federal trial courts in Massachusetts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
