Eric Lemons concentrates his practice in the area of general civil litigation with a particular emphasis on mass tort litigation and product liability.
Representative Matters
· Implementation and management of numerous large scale document production projects, involving teams of attorneys preparing millions of physical and electronic documents from several databases for litigation production;
· Assists in management of document review team of more than 200 attorneys, including training and maintaining of e-discovery best practices and protocol;
· Manages review of e-discovery exception documents and coordinates their review and production with multiple vendors, including determination of methods to review, process, and produce exception documents;
· Assists in e-discovery production and post-production litigation support.
