| Biography | Eric Shuman is a member in our New Orleans office. He practices in the areas of products liability and environmental law. His environmental practice encompasses the defense of "toxic tort" individual and class actions, including Superfund; personal injury, asbestos personal injury, property damage and contribution suits, and governmental actions. He counsels clients in federal, state and local permitting and regulatory compliance, remedial and removal actions, real estate transactions, and negotiations with environmental contractors. Eric's products liability practice emphasizes corporate defense, including consumer and commercial vehicles, marine, and industrial equipment.
