Eric is an associate in the Business Law Department. Eric has a general corporate practice focusing on private equity, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions.

Before Edwards Wildman
Prior to joining the Firm, Eric was the Operations & Client Services Coordinator for a national background screening and security consulting firm. Eric assisted large and small companies, government contractors, and public utilities develop and maintain comprehensive personnel security programs. Eric's responsibilities included regulatory compliance, client service, and IT planning and support. During law school, Eric served on the editorial board of the Suffolk Transnational Law Review.

Eric is a member of the Organizing Committee for the 2011 Boston CleanTech Venture Day and Strategic Partner CleanTech Day, a unique two-day conference providing European CleanTech companies a forum for networking and partnering with large corporations, venture capital firms and strategic investors. Eric also enjoys spending time with his young family and is a passionate sports fan.
