Dr. Eric Belsley counsels private equity, venture and other private investment funds on their formation, structuring and governance, and represents portfolio companies and angel, venture capital and private equity investors in structuring financing transactions, acquisitions and exits. He advises private companies on their financing, governance and growth. Eric's corporate work also includes guidance to public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions; complying with filing and other SEC requirements; the use of limited liability companies and other tax flow-through vehicles; and general corporate matters.

For all his clients, Eric's technical knowledge of financial modeling is a significant advantage in helping them structure financing and other transactions. And his experience as founder, web publisher and editor-in-chief of the Mac Resource Page (, a daily news e-zine about Macintosh computers sold to in 2001, gives him unique insight into the needs and viewpoints of emerging business organizations.
