Eric is a member in the firm's Boston office, practicing in the Real Estate Section.
His practice focuses on general real estate matters with particular expertise in counseling institutional and private clients in their acquisition, disposition and financing of their real property and partnership interests, including office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family communities and industrial and warehouse facilities across the United States. Over the past several years, Eric has represented public and private real estate funds and operating companies in their acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of more than $5 billion of commercial, office and multi-family real estate. Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Eric was the director in the real estate group at another prominent Boston law firm.
Eric is admitted to practice in Massachusetts. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Bates College (1988) where he also studied abroad at the Tel Aviv University in Israel. He earned his J.D. from Boston College Law School (1997) where he worked as a staff writer then supervising editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Eric is a member of the United Way Real Estate and Building Industry Leadership Breakfast Committee and participates in the 1L mentoring program at Boston College Law School.
