Corporate and Securities. Eric's practice involves mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
In General. Before joining the firm, Eric served as judicial clerk to Vice Chancellor Leo E. Strine, Jr. of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
Eric earned his bachelor's degree from Haverford College in 1991, and his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School, magna cum laude, in 2004.
Eric is admitted to practice in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
