Eric Bardwell focuses his practice in the area of trust and estate planning. Prior to joining Lane Powell, Eric practiced in Los Angeles, Calif., where he implemented estate planning, charitable planning and gift planning vehicles including GRATs, CRUTs, Q-TIP Trusts, GST Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, foundations and installment sales. He also previously worked as a law clerk at Callahan McCune & Willis, where he drafted motions, analyzed and summarized court documents, drafted pleadings and responded to discovery requests.
