Eric is an associate in the firm's complex litigation and products liability practice groups. Eric has worked on numerous complex product liability actions involving personal injury claims, many of which concern specialized and technical areas of science and medicine.
Eric's experience includes the defense of major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in products liability negligence, failure to warn, strict liability, and wrongful death actions that involve prescription medications and prosthetic implants before state and federal courts and in multidistrict proceedings.
Eric has also assisted in the defense of a major utility litigation involving alleged violations of the Clean Air Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act.
Eric also has defended numerous tort and product liability claims against the largest electric utility in Georgia.
