Eric Goldstein practices in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors' rights, representing clients throughout the United States. He has extensive experience representing the interests of clients in complex litigation actions, foreclosure proceedings, and fraudulent transfer and preference actions. He also has substantial experience in corporate trust default matters. Eric previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Christine S. Vertefeuille for the Supreme Court for the State of Connecticut.
