Practice Focus
Mr. Tunis focuses primarily on white collar criminal and civil litigation, criminal and internal investigations, and appellate work, with a concentration in the areas of securities, commercial and employment law.
Representative Matters
· Mr. Tunis has conducted many public corruption investigations and tried several notable defendants, including the mayor of a major New Jersey city and the executive director of an urban housing authority.
· He has represented numerous clients in civil and criminal proceedings, including jury and bench trials and internal investigations.
· He has argued before the Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the New Jersey Supreme Court and has served as a court-appointed Trustee in a number of civil cases brought by federal agencies.
