In her general litigation practice, she focuses on medical malpractice defence, commercial real estate disputes and estates and trusts litigation, including will challenges, document interpretation and issues related to passing of accounts. Ms. Baron appears regularly before the Ontario Courts, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal. She received her LL.B. (summa cum laude) from the University of Ottawa in 2000, where she achieved the awards for the top standing in both evidence and conflict of laws. Previously, she graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario with a BA (Hons.) in philosophy. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2002.
