Areas of Practice
Erik Price focuses his practice on government and regulatory issues. Erik handles many health care matters, including long term care issues, regulatory compliance, and certificate of need cases. He has advised and represented clients on governmental matters, including administrative law, legislation and litigation. He has also handled beverage alcohol issues and complex litigation including trade secret, class actions and commercial contract cases. Erik also utilizes his governmental and administrative law experience as a member in the Firm's Long Term Care and Seniors Housing Client Service Team. Erik is a Past President of the Thurston County Bar Association.
