Erin represents union and non union employers on issues concerning labour arbitrations, wrongful dismissal, human rights, employment standards, workers' compensation, privacy and other various labour and employment matters. Erin works with employers in the drafting and implementation of executive contracts, employment agreements and general employment policies and practices. Erin is also a member of the firm's immigration team, and assists employers with visa, immigration and border issues.
Erin's other representative work includes media law, as well as advising and representing corporations and institutions on various commercial and insurance disputes. Her insurance defence experience includes coverage opinions, bodily injury losses, product liability, highway maintenance claims, construction loss and fire loss.

· Erin has appeared before the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia and all levels of Court in Alberta. She has also appeared before administrative tribunals in British Columbia and Alberta, including Workers' Compensation and Human Rights Tribunals.
