Professional Experience
Ms. Witkow's practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including intellectual property litigation, particularly in the areas of copyright and trademark law, and entertainment litigation.
Ms. Witkow has represented business entities and individuals in a variety of civil proceedings, including copyright, trademark, trade dress and patent disputes, unfair competition and trade secret claims, antitrust violations, and contractual disputes. She has also handled matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Witkow was an associate with a national law firm in its Atlanta office.
