Erin Kravitz is an Associate in the firm's Business Department. She maintains a general business practice, advising public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including formation, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues. Erin's corporate work also extends to advising nonprofit organizations on incorporation, maintaining tax-exempt status and other matters.
During law school, Erin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable James C. Francis, IV of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York; a law clerk for the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts; and a law clerk in the Health and Disability Unit of Greater Boston Legal Services.
