Ms. Seder is an associate in Venable's Regulatory practice group, where she advises clients on legislation and rulemaking proceedings that impact a broad range of industries. Ms. Seder also assists clients on a variety of ongoing regulatory compliance matters before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and other federal and state agencies and commissions.
Prior to joining Venable, Ms. Seder interned with the Federal Public Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia.
