Erin's practice concentrates on litigating complex commercial matters that arise in the context of bankruptcy proceedings. In addition, Erin has specialized knowledge of mass tort insolvencies and routinely advises future claimants' representatives in asbestos-related chapter 11 cases and settlement trusts.
