Erin K. Brignola joined the firm "Of Counsel" in the Bankruptcy & Creditors Rights practice group in the Bear, Delaware office in 2006. Her work focuses on Consumer Bankruptcy.
A member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, Erin has over 20 years of legal experience. She has been a featured lecturer for the National Business Institute, the Delaware State Bar Association, the Delaware Volunteer Legal Service, the People's Law School, and the National School for Paralegal Studies. Erin was named one of "Delaware's Top 100 Lawyers (Oct. 2001)," one of "Delaware's 75 Power Attorneys (Nov. 2004)" by DE Today Magazine, and one of Delaware Today's "Top Lawyers 2010." From its inception, Erin has served as the Vice-Chair Consumer Representative of the Delaware State Bar Association's Bankruptcy section.
A graduate of Mount St. Mary's College (B.S., 1985) and the Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1988), she is a member of the bar for Delaware, Pennsylvania, and the Federal District Courts for both. Ms. Brignola has specifically a practical knowledge of the interrelation between Bankruptcy law and other legal arenas such as Family Law, Real Estate Law and Wills and Estates.
