Ms. Delatte earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, where she graduated cum laude and received a Certificate in Civil Law. At Tulane, Ms. Delatte served as a Managing Editor of the Tulane Law Review, served as a Senior Fellow in the Legal Research and Writing Program, and was awarded the James A. Wysocki Award, bestowed upon the two students who achieved the highest grade in Trial Advocacy each academic year. She also received the Walter J. Suthon Jr. Award, given to the member of the Louisiana Security Rights class achieving the highest mark in that course, and the Cicero C. Sessions Trial Advocacy award, given to the student with the highest grades in Trial Advocacy each semester. In 2008, she served as an intern for the Honorable Lance H. Africk.
