Erin's commercial practice focuses on secured transactions and national and international financings. She provides representation for a number of banks and financial institutions with respect to both lending and realization, while also acting for entrepreneurs in the structuring of their business arrangements.
Erin has been involved in providing advice to trustees in bankruptcy, monitors, receivers and secured creditors in a number of large insolvency and reorganization proceedings, as well as acting for trustees in bankruptcy litigation and the administration of estates.
Erin advises numerous clients in respect of privacy matters and compliance.
Having appeared before all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada, Erin's civil litigation practice includes insurance defence work and commercial litigation. She acts as counsel to the University of Regina, which includes advisory legal services as well as litigation and arbitration.
