Overview
Erin is an Associate in our Real Estate group and focuses her practice on general real estate matters. Erin's experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, financing, retail leasing and hospitality matters. Erin is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked as an Intern for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Asset Management and also as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judith G. Dein, United States Magistrate Judge.
Representative Experience
· Representation of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International in connection with the recent sale of the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston, including the negotiation of the hotel management agreement, title review, transfer of leases and operating agreements, and drafting closing documents.
· Representation of a national developer in the acquisition of a Massachusetts shopping center site, including securing construction financing for the development project.
· Representation of Pyramid Hotel Group in connection with hotel management agreements for properties in Massachusetts and asset management agreements for properties in California and New York.
· Representation of an owner of multiple retail portfolios in New England in connection with the negotiation of leases with national and local retailers.
· Representation of a national developer in connection with general permitting and land use matters arising from restaurant, hotel and retail uses.
