Erin Wolff advises clients on privacy law, hardware and software technology transactions, the procurement of information technology services and software, service and maintenance agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. Erin has been involved in business transactions that include the purchase of assets and shares as well as venture capital, private equity and other financing transactions.
