| Biography | Ernie serves as counsel to national and international medical device and health science companies as well as the nation's largest medical buying cooperative. Ernie also remains regional litigation counsel to pharmaceutical, medical device, construction and insurance companies. Ernie has achieved the distinction of being named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer-Rising Star" in a vote of his peers. Ernie has also been invited to lecture on the topics of construction defect and mass tort issues by national CLE companies as well as clients. Ernie is a member of the Home Builders Association of Bucks/Montgomery Counties and the National Association of Home Builders. He also is a member of the Drug and Medical Device Litigation Section of the Defense Research Institute.
