Estudio Beccar Varela was founded in 1897. The firm renders full service to corporate and banking clients, and specializes in commercial, banking, insurance and financial law, corporate legal counseling, international transactions, and natural resources (oil, gas, etc.). It has a litigation department with correspondents around the country to take care of lawsuits and complex litigation in all the Argentine Provinces. Most of its members have graduate degrees of US or Europe Universities.

The Firm is a founding member of Club de Abogados, Club de Abogados- Iberoamérica and The World Services Group. It is also the Argentine member of a Cooperation Agreement with Pinheiro Neto-Advogados (Brazil) and Gomez-Acebo & Pombo (Spain).
