Founded by Raúl Ferrero Rebagliati, who as a Professor taught in several universities, superior and military centers, and was author of a number of law books. He was Dean of Law Faculty of Catholic University of Peru, Dean of Colegio de Abogados de Lima, Member of the Permanent Court of Arbitration of la Haya, Prime Minister and Minister of Treasure and Foreign Affairs.
