Ethan Feldman represents business clients with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and other corporate transactional matters. Ethan has worked on a variety of acquisitions and dispositions, both domestically and internationally. His practice also includes the general business representation of entities from formation through dissolution, including counseling on corporate governance and the structuring and reorganization of privately held businesses. Ethan's commercial practice has included an emphasis on supply and distribution arrangements and relationship changes between distributors and manufacturers.
Ethan graduated from the University of Maryland School of Law, with Honors.
Prior to attending law school, Ethan worked for Bank One Corporation (now JPMorgan Chase) in Middle Market Commercial Banking and as a Relationship Manager in the Bank's Private Client Group.
