Eugene Drozdetski is a corporate associate resident in Fried Frank's New York office. He joined the Firm in 2008.
Mr. Drozdetski concentrates his practice on corporate finance transactions, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in domestic and international public and private debt and equity securities offerings and related capital markets transactions.
