Eugene "Chip" Smith is a partner with Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. He is Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Law, Circuit Court Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court and a Certified Mediator by the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
