Evan's practice focuses on commercial litigation. He has experience in all phases of litigation in state and federal court, including trials and appeals, as well as mediation and arbitration. Evan's experience covers a wide-range of business issues, including intellectual property, employment law (both single-plaintiff discrimination cases and wage and hour class actions), real estate, equine law, products liability, bankruptcy, unfair competition and business tort claims.
