Evan S. Goldstein is a principal in the firm's Hartford office and is a member of the firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice group. Mr. Goldstein has experience in business bankruptcies, workouts and commercial litigation. He has represented debtors, creditors' committees, secured and unsecured creditors and other parties in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has initiated foreclosures, replevins, reclamation of goods, fraudulent conveyance actions and preference litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Goldstein was an associate at Reid and Riege, P.C. where he handled commercial bankruptcy matters and related commercial financing transactions.
Attorney Goldstein received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, New York, New York in 2000. He received his B.A. from University of Vermont, Burlington, Vermont in 1995.
Attorney Goldstein has been selected for inclusion on the 2009/2010 and 2010/2011 New England Rising Stars Super Lawyer list.
