Professional Experience
· Advises clients on the acquisition and development of commercial, industrial, multi-unit residential and institutional properties, including reciprocal operating agreements, cost-sharing agreements, public/private development projects, and joint venture and co-tenancy arrangements.
· Advises both landlords and tenants respecting leasing transactions, including ground leases and leases of office, retail, industrial and institutional premises.
· Acts for lenders and borrowers on financings based primarily on real property security, including negotiation of loan agreements.
· Advises in connection with restructuring of loan arrangements, realizations and standstill agreements.
