Ms. Dallas has been a partner in the Corporate Section since 1987. She has a diverse corporate practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (including leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations), corporate finance (including life sciences), venture capital, emerging growth company representation, licensing and distribution arrangements, and corporate tax.
Ms. Dallas represents a wide variety of clients, including emerging growth, manufacturing, and life sciences companies of all sizes. Ms. Dallas is chair of the firm's Life Sciences Practice Group.
