Christopher Austin focuses his practice on intellectual property law, with an emphasis on litigating copyright, patent and trademark infringement issues and prosecuting trademark application appeals before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Christopher has trial experience, having prosecuted or defended client interests in more than 25 trials.
