Louise Adams is a member of Sutherland's Corporate Practice Group. Her practice has focused on the credit card industry, as well as securities regulation, acquisitions and corporate governance. Louise has extensive experience regarding the merchant side of the credit card industry. She has advised with respect to numerous strategic relationships and acquisitions in this area.
Her securities regulation experience includes a wide range of registered public offerings of stock, debentures and warrants for both the issuers and selling shareholders; private and other exempt offerings of securities; proxy statements and other reporting by public companies; tender offers; and compliance with insider trading rules. She is experienced in asset acquisitions and in the acquisition of public and private companies, many of which have involved public or private offerings of securities.
