Neil Turcotte's practice emphasis is on family property division, spousal and child maintenance, and parenting issues. He regularly represents clients before the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench and Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada. Neil is a member of Collaborative Lawyers of Saskatchewan Inc. and a proponent of collaboration, mediation and other vehicles of alternate dispute resolution of family conflict. Neil also advises companies, including family-run businesses, on succession and next generation planning.
