Background
Fadi Yachoua is an associate in the Toronto office of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG). He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011 after summering and articling at BLG. Fadi graduated from the University of Ottawa with a common law degree (LL.B., 2009) and a civil law degree (LL.L., 2010, summa cum laude).
While at law school, Fadi mooted competitively. He was selected to represent the University of Ottawa at the Wilson Moot Court Competition where his team came a close second and he was one of the top eight oralists.
Prior to law school, Fadi majored in physics and astronomy with a specialization in space and communication science. He received a Bachelor of Science from York University in 2006 where he attained Dean's Honour List standing.
Fadi is fluent in English and Arabic and is functional in French.
Areas of Practice
Fadi practises civil litigation including insurance law, municipal liability, product liability, professional liability and class actions.
