Fair and Siegel

Merrick Siegel has been practicing for over 30 years in the court.

He has appeared in family, civil and criminal matters, including jury trials, at all levels of court. He has appeared as counsel in the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Ontario Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada. He has done FRO work part time and was appointed a part time Crown Attorney by Order-in-Counsel, after having been approved by the head Crown of Ontario and other approvals and acted as Crown in the Toronto, Brampton and Newmarket Courts.
