Faith practices in the Firm's Finance Group, focusing on commercial lending. Faith has represented banks and financial institutions in secured and unsecured commercial loans, industrial revenue bond financings and real estate transactions. Prior to joining the Firm, Faith was in-house counsel at BankBoston for nine years, where she led the provision of legal services to the Bank's small business banking and community lending divisions.
Notable Experience
· Faith represented the lead financial institution in a $325 million syndicated revolving credit and term loan facility for a national publicly-held footwear chain.
· Faith represented the arranger/agent/senior lender in a $70 million asset-based emergence financing for a national toy retailer.
· Faith represented the bank issuing letters of credit to back $25 million in tax-exempt bonds for the redevelopment of a continuing care retirement community.
· Faith represented the agent/lender in a $72 million debtor-in-possession loan to a distressed manufacturing company.
· Faith represented the letter of credit issuer providing $100 million credit and liquidity support for the industrial revenue bond financings of a natural gas distribution company.

Faith's experience is rounded out by her 2 1/2 - year interlude as Legal Director and Vice President of a start-up company that delivered legal services via the Internet.
