Biography

Fallyn Cavalieri is an associate in the firm's Buffalo office. As a member of the Global Insurance Services Practice Group, she concentrates her practice on insurance coverage analysis and litigation, bad faith, reinsurance, and ERISA. Fallyn is a co-author of the Life Insurance (2013) and Reinsurance (2012) chapters in Appleman on Insurance and is the co-editor of the firm's Life, Health, Disability, and ERISA newsletter. She contributes regularly to the firm's CaseWatch: Insurance newsletter and the firm's Insurance and Reinsurance Report blog.

During law school Fallyn served as the Executive Productions Editor for the Pace Law Review and worked in chambers with U.S. District Court Judge Hon. Kenneth M. Karas, and in the New York State Supreme Court, Commercial Division, with Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman.
