Fang's practice focuses on domestic and international commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities and governance matters, complex contracting and general corporate law.
Fang received legal education in both the United States and China. As a bilingual and bi-cultural lawyer, Fang's China-related experience includes counseling United States companies on establishment of operations in China, project financing, acquisitions, sourcing and distribution, joint ventures and related regulatory matters. She also routinely represents Chinese businesses for their legal needs in the United States.
Fang's United States transaction experience includes all aspects of mergers and acquisitions transactions, securities compliance matters, offerings of debt and equity, financing transactions, commercial contracting, and corporate entity choice, formation and governance.

· Represented a publicly traded REIT in its $25 million investment in real estate development projects in China
· Represented a large agriculture cooperative association in its $17 million and $16 million New Market Tax Credit financing transactions
· Represented a large construction company in its $38 million secured credit agreement and $12 million New Market Tax Credit financing transaction
· Lead counsel for a Taiwan company in its acquisition of the majority ownership interest in a United States based distribution business and related restructuring
· Represented a large steel and iron casting company in its $110 million acquisition by a private equity firm
· Lead counsel for a large industrial company in its negotiation of a comprehensive online services agreement with Microsoft, which covers multiple services and affiliates
· Supervised and coordinated customer contract review process for a large trucking company
· Represent a large industrial packaging and container company in its registration and operational matters in China
