The man suffered a severe and permanent leg injury that prevented him from returning to his former work. The court found the owner and general contractor of the construction site liable under the New York Labor Law.
Faraci Lange successfully tried to verdict a claim on behalf of a Kendall man who fell from a roof while working on a construction project because of a lack of adequate safety equipment. He suffered a permanent arm injury due to the fall. The court found that the owner and general contractor of the construction site liable under the New York Labor Law. The case was tried to a jury on the issue of damages.
