I represent individuals who are seeking to enforce their existing intellectual property rights in court, often on a contingent fee basis. These representations include suits to recover for copyright infringement (music, software, literary works), violation of trade secrets, patent infringement, and violations of individual as well as celebrity rights of publicity.

I bring 30 years of trial experience in a wide range of matters to help individuals vindicate their intellectual property rights in federal and state court. Because I am a sole practitioner, you receive personalized attention to your case. I am very selective in the number and types of cases that I undertake so that I can work closely with my clients to protect their interests. I leverage what I believe to be the latest in technology to maximize my effectiveness when facing large firm opponents. Before starting my own practice, I was one of the senior trial lawyers and managing partner for one of the largest trial groups in a top 30 law firm. Admitted before all courts, federal and state in California, as well as the 2nd, 5th, 7th and 9th Circuit Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court. I have been selected in 2008 and 2009 as one of the Bar Registry of Preeminent Lawyers. I have been AV rated for more than 25 years.
