Professional Experience
Fiona Darkin's practice focuses on patent litigation with an emphasis on biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
Prior to law school Ms. Darkin worked as a researcher at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals in the U.K. She also worked in the aquaculture (fish farming) industry in North America and Asia.
Fiona worked in the Vancouver office of Gowling Lafleur Henderson, LLP as an articling associate before moving to New York.

· Genzyme Corporation, et al. v. Pentech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al. (N.D. Ill.) ANDA litigation relating to Hectorol®. Twelve-day bench trial held October-November 2010.
