The firm was established in Reykjavík 1909 by Mr. Lárus Fjeldsted (1879-1964). The firm has been Legal Adviser to the British and Danish Embassies since World War II. The firm has been involved in international work for nine decades and handles all kinds of legal work for foreign and multinational clients concentrating on work concerning international trademarks and design, aircraft finance, registration and leasing, international banking and finance, marine cargo claims, insurance and litigation.
