Partner at Gaia, Silva, Gaede & Associados in Curitiba. He earned his law degree from the Milton Campos Law School, and a graduate degree in Process and Tax Law from PUC-PR, and a Master's degree in Corporate Law from the Federal University of Paraná - UFPR.

Professor of Tax Law in undergraduate and graduate programs and Corporate Tax Law in graduate programs.

Member of the Finances and Taxation Academic Council of Parana State Trade Association and of the Lawyer' Societies Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association/Paraná and has published several articles and expert opinions in specialized magazines and books, among them the book called "Tributação das Cooperatives à Luz do Direito Cooperativo" (Taxation of Cooperatives from the Cooperative's Law Standpoint).
