About this office:

Fowler White, which Cody Fowler and Morris White first formed in 1942, has grown over the last six decades into one of Florida's larger and more dynamic law firms. As a result of the Firm's commitment to professionalism and quality legal services, its reputation in the community has grown as well. Today, Fowler White Burnett P.A. is a full service, multi-practice law firm, that remains committed to a philosophy of professional, cost-effective representation and quality client service. Fowler White's pledge to continued quality begins with its senior partners, who have practiced together since the early 1960s and whose philosophy provides the historical framework upon which the Firm is built. In recognition of the lawyers multi-faceted role as adviser, counselor, and advocate, the Firm recruits lawyers with a proven commitment to educational excellence, professionalism, and quality service. It supports those lawyers with a well-trained and experienced staff of paralegals, secretaries and support personnel. In addition, the Firm is committed to the use of labor and cost saving technology and provides its lawyers with the most recent computer technology and support. Its library resources and computer network provide state-of the-art access to a full range of information resources and promotes the development and growth of the Firm's multi-disciplinary team approach to the increasingly complex and potentially costly legal problems our clients face. In addition to their client service, many of the Firm's lawyers and staff are involved actively in the community and serve as officers and board members of various businesses, professional, charitable and educational organizations. The Firm's commitment for over half a century to quality client service and public and private outreach have allowed it and its clients to prosper in an ever changing and increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment. We look forward to continuing this tradition as we approach the next century together. Language capabilities of Firm members include Spanish, French, Creole, Portuguese, Russian, Hebrew, Swedish and Sign language.
