Rasch defends manufacturers and retailers in product liability cases involving a wide range of commercial and consumer products including appliances, industrial equipment, regulators, valves, motors, power tools, hand tools, chemicals, ladders, and car and truck tires.
Rasch frequently addresses national organizations on product liability issues including the Defense Research Institute, the Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI and the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association.
