| Biography | Mr. Francisco Manzano has assisted companies and individuals in civil litigation, commercial, criminal, labor, arbitration, corporate and tax matters. He is experienced in issues of consumer law, telecommunications, and electric services. He has also assisted companies and individuals in drafting and reviewing matters of civil and commercial claims, appeals and cassation. He is a member of the Latin American Council of International and Comparative Law Studies (COLADIC), the Caribbean Institute for the Rule of Law (ICED), and Alumni CIFF, the association of International Finance Training Center alumni.
